I am not finding the puree diet as hard as I thought it would be. I am so happy about that. What I do find hard is eating only 200ml puree at a meal. I also find it hard to eat a low-fat-low-carb-sugar-free puree diet of only 200ml every two hours, and still have 1200cal a day. But I do try to hit my daily goal. I don't want to do serious damage to my metabolism, and I am working out 5 days a week. Need fuel for that. Everything considered, today was a good day.
Food: I had two meals of 400ml today. Ok, Ok, Sorry, will try harder. The rest of my 7 meals were fine. I am also finding it hard to drink only 200ml of water in small sips at a time, between meals. I am the girl who downs 2litres first thing in the morning and cups when I am thirsty for the rest of the day. (I have done that since I learned that from an old hunter, when I was a game ranger. That way you don't get as thirsty compared to if you took your 2litres in a bottle to drink throughout the day. I never dehydrated out in the scorching hot bush. The habit stuck)
Mind: Good enough
Exercise: I did a core workout and 20mins on the Elliptical and 10mins on the Step Machine.
