Thursday..two more sleeps then the final weigh in...plan to attend picnic

We are digging around looking for the "Freggies" that humans say are so good.... the menu plan is three colors of sweet peppers in an omelette; Black cherries on the side' try another kiwi today with pineapple in a smoothie; salad or smoothie of some kind in town after Dr appointment and rutabaga and onion in the beef stew for dinner.
you-all are invited to virtual "Teddy bear's picnic after you weigh in on Saturday. How many know the old song:

Two more days of hard work ahead to get that final weigh-in where you want it or where you will jump off for your next chapter in health efforts... developing my plan with my physical therapy appointments lined our, my book "Boundaries" purchased and notebook set out...keep striving to be the best you can be.

    Oh sweet Nancy...not sure what direction the blogs will take... My new book challenge will be BOUNDARIES by Cloud and Tounsend ...once a week I will post a tiger picture as the symbol of our "Steadfastly determined" team but i'm not sure about the rest of the time...I have spent a lot of time looking at art works of gentle , artists and thought I might share some of them... Going to be concentrating on taking good care of me mentally and creatively as i learn to set boundaries and priorities within the physical therapy rebuilding of strength in body.
