I think I have a problem-when I adjusted my calories needed due to my exercise that I participate in each week-spark upped my calories-which is a good thing and needed. I am losing weight and I can't afford to. I was overweight almost all of my life and recently lost 40 lbs. Now I am going the opposite direction. This may be just as bad as eating too much. I am 113 and I should be at least 116. I feel silly admitting this because losing weight is such a difficult task as I have been there.
