I started a 5K training program called zombie run and wow an I sore. It is making it really hard to get out of bed in the AM, but once I get moving I feel amazing. My soreness is a reminder of how hard I am working to reach my goal. Pounding the pavement has become a great stress reliever and I am really enjoying the training program. The zombie run makes it feel more like a game and less like a workout. I think I found the key to a healthy lifestyle, having fun!
