BRAVELUTE's blog "Things to Do When You Find Yourself on a Plateau" inspired me.

Yes I have been a bit whiny lately, feeling sorry for myself, seemingly not making any progress with anything. BRAVELUTE's first thing to do is "1. Check the details of your itinerary."
What plan !?! Duh! Oh so that's my problem. I've been so distracted that I forgot the plan and got sidetracked. Sure there will be speed bumps and detours, but having a well defined itinerary will help keep me going where I need to go. Side trips are okay too, but the itinerary is what guides me.

I'm off to review and renew my itinerary and update my SparkPeople GPS.

What? Huh? Oh, sorry, I think I've been dozing off, but YOU WOKE ME UP!! (Thank you!)

Your blogs are fun to read. I also feel a bond of affection for you as long-time spark friends. You have lifted me up and cheered me on so many times. BUT HOW DO YOU ALWAYS MANAGE TO PUT YOUR FINGER RIGHT ON STUFF I NEED TO ATTEND TO?

Hee hee, I'm just acting up and teasing you a bit. BUT this blog is right on target for me!! Thank you, truly, for thinking through things and sharing here so I can be nudged and stay on track!!

    CANNOT agree more!

I re-read this blog today too as it was featured....It is a cliché, but this is a JOURNEY, and it is easy to do one or two little things that take us down a side road! AND, sometimes, when we do everything right we STILL can't expect to roll in at our destination on our own timetable.

So onward and upward we go! Monitoring and adjusting, monitoring and adjusting.... emoticon . "It ain't over until WE WIN!"
