Tricep push down w/rope 3x15 w/30lb
Standing Military press 3x15 w/40lb
Straight Arm Pulldown 3x15 w/ 30lb

Circut 2
Barbell Bench Press 3x12
Dumbbell Chest Flys 3x12 w/10lb
Push Up on Barbell 3x15

Circut 3
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3x15 w/10lb
Alternating front/lateral raises 4 each arm(so like 16 total each time) x3 w/10lb
Bent Over Front Dumbbell Raise 3x15 w/10lb

after this workout, i could barely steer my car on the way home haha
Then, i had to go to my mother-in-laws to help my husband paint. Not awful. Well doesn't my MIL knock over the gallon of paint on the floor.....we spend at least and hour if not more trying to soak up and scrub the carpet to get the paint out. Talk about another arm workout.

Yesterday I was visiting my family, so my sister and I did one of The Firm workouts for 20 min, followed up by 45 min of Zumba, then we all went for a walk at the track by the lake, my sister and i run up the hills to get a little extra in.

    Sound good, which I had your planner. I just make my own sets but this looks good. I miss the gym but I also like my own home, can't do both! emoticon
