BLC Week 5

This week was another tough one for me my work shifts were 7:45 pm to 7:00 am yeppers they were nights emoticon although I ate within my calorie range and tracked I cannot say that I made healthful food choices and night shift ALWAY plays havoc with my exercise plans so I try to avoid them as much as possible. On a positive note I have a week off before I start my next set of booked shifts (I'm a casual so I work other peoples vacation and sick calls) then I have 5 weeks of 3:00 to 11:00 pm shifts, Evening shifts are the easiest shifts to get in exercise. emoticon

Weight wise I'm happy to report a 3.4 pound loss emoticon My goal for the BLC was 1lb per week with a couple added on for a nice round 180 however as I am .2 pounds from meeting my 10 week goal I have adjusted my goal(and ticker) for another pound per week for the remaining weeks of the BLC.

I tracked my food religiously I like to know what's what even if it's not pretty emoticon

I didn't walk everyday my hubby walked the dogs so I could sleep in the day so I didn't even have their beseeching eyes to force me out the door.

What is with me and the strength training ARRGGHH! My Coach Nicole spark workout arrived so I WILL GET IT DONE!!! And this weeks challenge seems tailor made for me it's a strength training challenge emoticon


The results of week 5 :
I have 5 goals

1. Lose a pound a week emoticon
2. Track emoticon
3.Walk everyday ...not this week
4. Strength Train 2-3 times per week... emoticon
5. Commit to the challenges emoticon
