tired and dragging a bit......

not sure why.......I have been focusing on eating enough during the morning to satisfy myself, and allow time for the palate to clean, before heading out to the gig.....,it seems to be working fairly well as I can go through the process for a few hours and hot feel uncomfortably "hungry" before having the evening meal.....

However, this morning I'm dragging a bit and feel just a tad light-headed.....not anywhere near in danger of fainting or anything like that, but I don't much care for the general feeling.....

Am having a few rice cakes with melted mozzerella - hopefully that'll help a bit.....

    Perhaps your diet is missing some component that you body is needing? Eating healthy doesn't always mean deprive yourself - it means being sensible. If you are feeling that way - your body is trying to tell you something. See if you can find out what it needs.
