down to 194 this morning. Was 207 a few days into January, so i am down 13lbs, in about 15 weeks
yes i could lose faster, but i would gain it right back. I have been down this road before! i do not deprive myself, because deprivation leads to falling off the plan in a big way. If i allow myself a part of a dark chocolate bar. I am tracking what i eat, having the fruits and veggies at every meal. and i am exercising, even despite my usual aches and pains...arthritis IS helped by exercise. Stronger muscles support joints!
