Treadmill Update - 45 minutes - 4.11 Miles

I was not feeling it on the treamill Tuesday. I couldn't get into a rhythm and didn't push myself very hard. I walked for 5, ran for 10, walked for a little, ran for 10, then did some 2 minute sprints.
The heart rate score is from the person next to me who was wearing a heart rate monitor.
Not my best but not terrible.
