Eye opening

Monday I rejoined Weight Watchers for the umteenth time. Started back on track and promised myself to track all week. Didn't get off to a great start in either the tracking or the portion size reduction. Just filled in my tracker for the last two days and I've used up all my extra points for the week already! What an eye opener!

Today, plan ahead and to find my pedometer and see if I can boost up my steps for the day.

    WW is a great program. Good for you for starting back up. Maybe logging in your tracker is just what you needed to do. Were you tracking before? Each step is a success. Don't be hard on yourself!

    Congrats on starting back up. I always think that you have to know where you are first - otherwise how will you know the changes you've made. Even if you feel you didn't get off to a good start, just by logging everything in you've become aware of the items you need to watch. Good luck with today's steps.

    I'm doing the new program (again) as well. It may be a bit more time consuming, but I highly recommend either filling in your tracker first thing in the morning - so you have time to adjust planned meals if you're over points - or filling in the tracker as you go along.
