Monday I rejoined Weight Watchers for the umteenth time. Started back on track and promised myself to track all week. Didn't get off to a great start in either the tracking or the portion size reduction. Just filled in my tracker for the last two days and I've used up all my extra points for the week already! What an eye opener!
Today, plan ahead and to find my pedometer and see if I can boost up my steps for the day.
