I didn't sleep well emoticon

    remember "resting head on pillow in quiet and being still" is second best thing to actual sleep, maybe picking clock "rest hours" you stay down even if you're awake to let your eyes & body rest like from1-4 am you stay in "resting" even if awake- before and after that get up and move around.

    I only suggest this because my mother, grandmother, and myself all have had to come to grips with sleeplessness without wearing ourselves out. "resting same three hours nightly" made me feel sane

    Sorry that you didn't sleep well my friend. I know, from experience, that lack of sleep can cause all sorts of issues. Do you best to get some rest. Love ya
