WEEK 2 OF STRESS MANAGEMENT !

Week one did help me alot and week 2 begins today . I read some articles they suggest and thought about them and know this week is going to be an eye opener to. Working alot on portion control . Last night even tho i just got 2 tablespoons full of each thing for supper i had two much on my plate. Usually i split a bake potato and didn't but i ate till i felt full and i have 3 dogs one weighs about 60 lbs and they were happy with my left overs which was just a bite for the big one ! emoticon ! Today i will run the sweeper 2 times i been doing that because we have 3 house dogs . I also want to clean the inside of my refrig and oven today. I am proud of my refrig it's really clean anyway but will still wipe it out ! Also today i am working on the plastic canvas cross keeps my hands and mind buzy . Have a good day . We are going to bible study tonight and i am going to try a new recipe cracker barrels cheese hashbrowns hope they are good. It cost 7 dollars to make so i couldn't make it twice to try it ! emoticon Let you know how it was tomarrow !
