All I want is to be down one little pound next week. I know, I know, the scale isn't the most important thing.
But I REEEEEEALLY want to make a difference on the scale. So, how bad do I want it?
-- Bad enough to SKIP DESSERT the next few nights?
-- Bad enough to AVOID the taco dip that's in my pantry (why did I buy that?!)?
-- Bad enough to GET MY WORKOUTS IN?
-- Bad enough to choose carrots over cheese-its?
-- Bad enough to KEEP TRACKING, even when I have to track a slip-up? :/
So. Yes to all of those. 6 days until my next weigh-in day.
