So today I did my first really good yoga session since before a good chunk of the pregnancy. It felt SO good. I did a good 15 or 20 minute yoga routine. My back feels nice and stretched out, I've got lots of catching up if I'm going to manage to get my 1,000 minutes in. And if I have to walk that entire time, I will. The doc says as long as I don't put pressure on the belly or incision, I can resume exercise.
Things are definately sore, and some of the poses that used to be easy are a lot harder now, but we're getting there.
It feels good to be getting back on track.
