* Had another difficult day of pains and aches, but did manage to get my YMCA workout in.
* Ate healthy.
* Also had long walks shopping for hardware, food, and office supplies.
* Weight went up significantly since yesterday; the gods (of personal mass) must be crazy.

Keep pushin'. (I will.)

    I can sure relate to the aches and pains, but like you, I just keep putting one foot in front of the other and try.. some days I exercise really slow and gentle and on good days I push harder.. it sure works for me.
