It's my motto for doing my stair climbs and seems pretty apropos for how to get along!
I've been doing pretty good this week getting my tracking in - what takes the most time is getting the new recipes i keep trying into the tracker so i know what i'm eating! Today i had to enter at least 2... oy!
I've got a girl friend coming this weekend - i need to keep up my exercise regimine, and watch what we eat!
I'm traveling for work starting sunday - gotta make sure to split meals and watch my snacking
I'm traveling from work to a conference that the hubby is putting on, so more opportunity to not eat well...
I'm got to stay on track for the next 10 days - let's see if i can keep my tracking going!
Gotta take care of me!
