How do people find time to exercise? I actually enjoy exercising, and I enjoy reading. But I don
t seem to have enough time to do either of things regularly. Yeah, I know it's a matter of priorization and scheduling, but somehow it just doesn't always work out right. Yeah, I know, get up 15 minutes earlier ... when you only got 4 hrs of sleep that's easier said then done.
However, I will not give up! Through persistence I still get little workouts into my day. It may not be as much or as often as I wanted, but it is happening. And if I keep working at it, I know I'll find a way to fit more/longer workouts in. And meanwhile, I'm slowly getting stronger & more flexable
