Week 15 of 52

The past week was good. I've lost 99lbs from my highest ever weight.. and I'm trying soooo hard to get to that 100lb mark, but my body is rebeling against me big time. It's been 4 days of eating right and working out and the scale has not budged a single bit. UGH! But I will keep trying until I make it.
In other news my couch to 5k training is going awesome. I ran 20 minutes straight on Sunday and today I had a new 5k walk/run time of 38 minutes and 48 seconds. I'm proud of that. My endurance is improving soooo much. I am really becoming the runner that I've always wanted to be.
