I joined the "Spring into Shape" bootcamp challenge today. Yes, dear readers, I have joined another bootcamp. If you have been reading for a while you'll remember that I crashed & burned when I attempted the "official 28-day bootcamp" earlier this year. Well, this time I have two accountability buddies to keep me on the straight and narrow. SlimmingShay & JennaWW4Life .. we got this!!
I started today with the video for Day 3. Why, you ask? Well, I want to do the videos in order, and I want Sunday & Monday to be my no-extra-cardio days. That makes Monday Day 1. But I didn't want to wait until next Monday to start. So I just jumped in the middle with the day 3 video, even though today is day 1 for me. It makes perfect sense, or at least it does in my head! :)
I also did about a 2 mile walk with Maxwell in his stroller this morning. What a nice morning for walking - gray and a bit chilly, but no rain and no wind. PERFECT. I averaged 3.3mph. Not great, but considering I have been sitting on my duff for a week I'll take it! Tomorrow will be video Day 4 and cardio at the gym. I'm actually really excited to get back to the gym, I have been missing that elliptical!!
Eating today, not so great. After having no appetite for a week, it is back in full force and I just went a little bit crazy. So probably those 3 pounds I lost due to not eating will be back tomorrow. Oh well, they will be lost for good someday soon!
