    Very VERY interesting! Thanks for sharing it, Kelly! I wonder how differently we would view food if we were more community-oriented as the ancients were. Shoot...not even just the ancients. Back a few decades even. Things are so individualized now. Even when couples go out they both have their faces in a screen of some sort at some point.

I wonder if we made food more about celebration and sharing, if we'd try harder to find ways to make healthier versions of the foods we enjoy. Because it's not just about eating being out of control. Some foods really can just be harmful. You know that. You have to eat gluten free, right?

I'm so looking forward to being done with this exam and having time to experiment with food again!!! On that note...off to study. Thanks again for sharing the link! Enjoy your sushi!
