Power Jumps = 20, 10, 10
3rd Round add One-legged V-Pushups 15 x2

Pogo = 10, 10, 10
Power Pushups = 8, 5, 5
Globe Twists = 20, 20, 20
Level 3 Drills (16 Pushups / 16 Mtn Climbers) = 1, 1, 1
3rd Round add Power Lunges / Hop Squats = 8

Last Round:
Side Pushups, Right then Left
Kickstand Touch the Floor, Right then Left
8 Power Knees / 4 Diamonds Jumps
Balance Pushup
