One of the hardest things for me on my weight loss journey is knowing what to eat
I'm not a huge cook, it seems like it takes me forever to cook something that should really only take 30 minutes but I'm still learning!
I definitely want to try new recipes soon
but today's topic for sparkcoach was easy meals so they want me to write a blog for future references
I really like the plate idea they suggest- I've heard of it before where the plate is divided into four with protein, carbs, fruits and veggies and a glass of milk.
The easiest meals for me are veggie burgers, PB and J on wheat of course!
I'm still trying to come up with some easy and healthy lunch options
I also love frozen meals talk about easy!
Or Spark coach Becky talked about this easy meal idea: mashed beans (I'm assuming that's refried beans) with 1/2 pepper, 1/2 tomato, 1/4 cup salsa, mix it all together sprinkle with cheese and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and serve with tortilla chips, grapes, and milk (grapes are sounding good right now!)
