Definitely doing things differently. I'm doing really well with my water intake. My main problem last time. I'm not focusing on how much water I need to drink each day. I'm just drinking water when I'm thirsty. It ends up being more than the minimum amount suggested. It also helps with my hunger. I don't feel as hungry as I used to. I need to workout more. That seems to be my downfall right now. It's mostly because I'm hurting when I do it. And when I'm done. It doesn't feel good. But that's only because of how out of shape I am. I'm working on taking care of that. I know how good working out felt. I'll keep on keeping on.
