The plan today was to do 26.2 miles on the bike before school. The spin room was locked, so I had to use one of the bikes in the main area. 7 miles in 25 minutes. It was tough going. 26.2 was going to be unbearable. I thought of every runner at Boston. I wanted to get through those miles for them:) My fitness buddy came to my rescue about that time and told me she had the front desk girl unlock the spin room so I finished as many miles as I could without running late for school. I still had 5 left to hit my goal. No way was I going to let that slide so close:)
This evening I put on my Skinny Runner t-shirt, blue and yellow sneakers and banged out the rest of the miles and then some before SWEAT. 33.3 in all.
SWEAT was a good one too.

kb squats to overhead press
around the world slams on the tires
and then .5 on the treadmill with my partner
Can't wait to see what tomorrow's workout is!
