More wicked hot and humid weather today! I can't go to the beach today so I am trying to find ways to be active inside. I did some house work! That's a wicked but necessary chore in my book.
Next step was to be a little more active so I did the 11 minute cardio workout with coach Nicole. I think she's great. That inspired me so I did a few strength training exercises for my legs. Not really a wicked workout but it was better than nothing. I'm going for a wicked ride on my stationery bike tonight! I might even do some arm exercises with dumbells.
I'm wearing my fitbit zip but it is not adding up my steps very fast. (That wicked little thing!) Guess I will have to get in some wicked stepping if I'm going to make it to 10,000 steps. Walmart here I come!
