I gave slow jogging a try this morning with my fast and trusty border collie.. It felt awkward at first, but the first part of the jog was slightly downhill, which made it easier.. I went to the end of my road and back. I'mnot sure of the distance, but it took 25 minutes and felt great.. no pain in the hip area, no sore knees.
I loved jogging when I was young and it really has been way over 20 years since I had this kind of a feeling.. the wanting to run...
I feel pretty darned good!!
