Feeling a little brighter today.
As my ticker clearly shows I have been the victim of 'fat creep' and now at 78.5kg.
Last year I spent six months on Slimming World green and lost 4lb! So I moved to red days - which is a challenge bearing in mind I am a veggie.
I seem to remember losing a little more with red but nothing drastic and it was about then I went on my hols in September that never really got back to it properly.
So my plans is 1200 - 1500 cals a day (2000 on saturday to accomodate pink wine)
I will cut my carbs - mainly because this does bring the cal count of a meal quite a bit. Dinner is always an issue so hopefully cutting carbs from this will help.
My second goal is going to be the requisite water and then go from there.
I want to be 70kg by the end of May and 60kg by the end of July.
I will only weigh myself monthly. I can't get into those weekly weigh on mind games again! One of my weaknesses is losing the plot when I have stuck to plan all week and then lost nothing...
All I need to remember is every action I make is either towards my goal or away from it.
Oh, and a lot of my clothes are too tight!
