Today is my second allergy day. Headache, dripping eyeballs, blowing bubbles through my nose all night. Not conducive to sleep. Since I am unable to take any meds before going to work, I just took some dayquil which will knock me out soon, so I hurry to get my Spark page read.
DD has already stripped and made the beds, did the laundry and sucked up seeping rainwater with the shop vac , so all I have to do is prepare dinner later..
Yesterday and today are about the only two days a month I do not have bills to pay or errands ot run. Tomorrow the mail will be crawling with stuff to do.
Got a couple hours of cardio in today,, I think I lost about a quart of water "glistening" during it all!!

Linda, my DH suffers from allergies and asthma. One of the things he's found most helpful in lessening his allergy symptoms to the pollen onslaught every year is nasal irrigation. You can use a Netti Pot, or a smile plastic squeeze bottle kit. Both can be bought in a drugstore or the grocery store. It has most definitely made a world of difference for him, and he tells other allergy suffers about it. His nose isn't even running this year! He does this three times a day - morning, afternoon, and evening. He says he can still feel the pollen in his eyes, throat, and his lungs.

He also showers twice a day, one int he AM before work, and usually after work when he's inside for the rest of the day. Both of these seem to help tremendously. I hope they'll help you, too!
