Day 17 - New Beginnings

Well, I have been told that it takes about 21 days to form new habits...therefore, I am four days away from forming new habits!
I have given up sodas, junk foods, chocolate chip cookies, and fast foods.
I LOVE chocolate chip cookies!!!
Well, new beginnings have been made. I have successfully blogged every day, faithfully recorded my foods, able to drink all my water allotment, and did some attempt at excercising with the bad heel pain.
However, I could be stretching...

I picked up my graduation cap, hood, and gown yesterday!
I applied for a new job too! I hope I get it!
Spring is a new beginning!
Losing weight is also a new beginning to a healthier me!
I hope each and every one of you have new beginnings! That is a cause for celebration!
