Nutrition: What's Working for Me Now

Right now I've found a groove with nutrition that seems to be working and that I find sustainable. I've basically gone back to what worked for me in the past - clean eating. The more processed foods I eat and the more regularly I eat them the more I crave them. I do have a weekly treat meal and that seems to keep me from feeling deprived and to be infrequent enough that I'm not looking for that treat every day.
I'm also focusing on eating moderate carbs, moderate fats, and high protein. I usually end up just below or towards the bottom of Spark's range for carbs, somewhere in the middle for fats and closer to the top of the range for protein. This is a good combination for me, I get enough carbs to not suffer foggy brain and I never feel hungry. Lately I've been eating a lot of the same meals as well throughout the week and this helps keep me from having to spend a lot of time planning/preparing meals. The easier it is, the more likely you are to stick with it!
