Relaxation techniques

For the BLC we are supposed to talk about what helps us relax and how we handle stress. I am pretty good about not stressing out about the things I can't do anything about, and I am quick to make a decision and stick with it. But when I do find myself worried about something I think about what is the worse thing that would happen. I can then see that it's not so bad.

I may also try to meditate to clear my mind if I am obsessing over something. Sleep is also always good, you can't be stressed if your asleep!
