I love the classes they have at the gym on tuesdays. Because I have to work and I have 3 kids my time is kinda crazy, but I still find time to work out. I love to take classes at the gym because I tend to workout harder and longer then if I was working out by myself. But on tuesday nights they have 2 of my favorite classes back to back. Yoga for 1 hour, then Zumba for 1 hour! I normally only take a 1 hour class then go home. But for the last 2 weeks I take the Yoga class first, get all streached out and limber, then take the Zumba class and I get to have fun, shake my bootie, and just dance!
I highly recomend taking classes at the gym if they are offered! Even if you feel like you cant do it, or you are embarrest... Dont wory about it. Everyone is doing it for the same reasons as you. To get healthy!
