Don't worry about restricting for a while-just track. Find the patterns. Figure out WHY you binge-do you feel restricted during the day? Are you bored? Tired? Do you need to move your bigger meals to the evening? Exercise-remember 10 minutes is better than nothing. Even if it's just a brisk walk around the office, or lunges/squats on the phone
Don't think you have to put masses of time in at first. Just focus on the little things, they'll build up.
