Affirmation really helps me get through the day peacefully. Here is what I am saying to myself today -
I release the need to create excess internal or external drama. I release the need to be in control or "right". I am safe to enjoy this moment. Every new moment is a fresh start. I am grateful. I release the need to hold on to the past, because the past is gone. Yesterday is the past. 10 minutes ago is the past. It's over, move on.
