Had to cut my workout short.

emoticon I was having heart palpitations. I got in my weight training, but 5 minutes into my workout I was having a few flutters and they didn't back off, so I did. I will go back this afternoon and finish my cardio.

    I have had 'flutters' since I was 30. I'm not worried about it as long as it self-resolves.

    Be careful, you might want to run that by your doctor. I've been doing so much exercise lately the hypoglycemia that hasn't plagued me since high school returned with a vengeance. We may be young at heart but I think older bodies tend to revolt more when over-stressed. Don't ignore it, you don't want to take any chances.
