Wednes. Last Wk of 5% CHALLENGE - a fibro-rest-up day

Hi dear bears, i missed you yesterday with blog...was traveling and doing appointments and then back home late in evening and just no time or energy but also excited that for the first time I did that whole 5.5 hour driving day with no chocolate and no out-of-bounds-eating and scales smiled at me this morning WOW...not even any water weight! ...but oh the fibro pain is saying "overdone" and take this day to Recoup...I planned to!
Just kind of laying around this in one set of exercises and elliptical ... gotta do lots of stairs and get on top of the laundry today and make sure I am all caught up with my spark teams then after nap this afternoon, might even get a little office work done if brain is clear...

So how are you all doing? the 5% challenge only has a few more days...enjoy your virtual Tahiti beaches and luscious fruits and veggies. God bless you each one with smiles, strength for your day and joy in your heart.

  I hope you get enough rest - I wouldn't normally think of a laundry day as a rest day! I hope you feel much better tomorrow.
