Wednesday...what a difference

Wednesday, April 17, 2013

7 hours of sleep makes..feeling so much better and just waiting for the large flock to drift back to the barn so I can work on singleing out my sold ewes. Everyone is fed and situated and I am thinking about breakfast after listening to my Spark Coach program about listening to the body's signals of hunger and the scale of 1 to 10 ...I am just getting hungry and at a point of making healthy choices...so off to the kitchen. emoticon

Oh yes, getting enough sleep at night is crucial. When I was younger, it wasn't that big of a deal. Now, though, and I just can't go without a decent night's sleep!

From the previous post as well, I was glad to hear your knee is doing better. Yay! =)

I was facing my task with mixed emotions today. I prayed and had the feeling of peace and that the situation was taken care of. Sure enough when I let the big flock in I was able to get the attention of the ewe I needed and her grown daughter. They followed me into a stall and the four month old ewe dashed into the next stall with the older bottle lambs....everything in order. My friend and the lady's hired man and I were able to get them in the trailer with little fuss. I am so thankfull to God for his hand in all I do.

If I weren't afraid of you taking off and running screeching "NO! NO! NO!", I'd post 'Ewe can do it on here!" LOL sorry....
