Weight down to 250.2 from 254.8. It was 250.1 for my challenge weighing on Saturday. My calories have been all over the place lately but I'm not that worried about each day as I am worried about the average. I've been getting in more activity this week so hopefully that will help in the long run.
Goals for today:
Get in at least 20 min of intentional movement today.
. Get in at least 12 glasses of water
Eat a freggie with each meal and snack.
Get up every hour when sitting for long stretches today.
