Weigh in Wednesday

Wednesday, April 17, 2013

Weight down to 250.2 from 254.8. It was 250.1 for my challenge weighing on Saturday. My calories have been all over the place lately but I'm not that worried about each day as I am worried about the average. I've been getting in more activity this week so hopefully that will help in the long run.

Goals for today:

emoticon Get in at least 20 min of intentional movement today.

emoticon. Get in at least 12 glasses of water

emoticon Eat a freggie with each meal and snack. emoticon

emoticon Get up every hour when sitting for long stretches today. emoticon

Have a healthy day emoticon

Hey, even losing water weight is losing! Don't knock it! Just keep hitting your goals, keep moving, and keep pushing forward. You'll get there. It all takes sweet time. Remember, it took time to get where you are, so now it will take time to get where you want to go! You can do it!

Simcyn a freggie is indeed a short way of saying fruits and vegetables.
Excellent plan! One that you can keep repeating and get results emoticon

So you lost over 4 pounds over a week? That is awesome. So are the meds doing OK for you now? No more heart palpitations, right?

You goals look good, how do they say... very measurable, but I do have to ask what is a freggie? I am guessing fruit/veggie? Never heard of the term, but like if that is what it is.

Again... emoticon emoticon emoticon
