I have been incorportating a little more movement into my day , small changes, I already walk over 10,000 steps a day but thats a daily thing I need a little more extra, for myself , and I am being very honest, I am semi sedentary , I am not one of those "boingy boing , jump , enthusatic types with my cutsie fitness outfit on just saying "go , go , go!!"
I have soreness and pain , but you know what thats okay!!!
I am not stressing about that , I know someday I will be one that will move with ease and not be so physically challenged, and yes some day I will more than likely wear a cutsie fitness outfit and have a matching gym bag to go with it !
but for me today , small changes this week so far i have done:
Monday and Tuesday , I did 35 basic squats.
Weds, I did 50 bicep curls
This is all incorporated with my walking so I am on the move !!
