So far so good. We have eatten well all week and no cheating. I even precooked my breakfast last night as I had to go to an honor roll breakfast at the school for my son and I did not want their normal Muffin or donought. So I ate before I left and had a cup of coffee at the school. Lunches this week have been premade salads so I am getting plenty of veggies in. I put in a roast in the crock pot for tonight (as my daughter has dance). I skipped the potato thing and put in mushrooms with the carrots and onion. Hopefully it will turn out good and the kids will like it.
Sadly I did not get in my normal workout this morning because I woke up with a crazy sinus headache thanks to all of the pollen in VA. So I am hoping to get in a workout while my daughter is at dance practice. I was suppose to walk/run for 36 minutes for the 5K training program this morning but I will try and fit it in tonight. This week I have reduced my workouts dramatically. I am trying to change things up to jump start my loss and hopefully this will work.
Last night I did manage to plant my two blueberry bushes, a blackberry bush and my basel. I still have to plant my squash plants and my pepper and tomato seedlings are not big enough to transplant yet. Hopefully by next week I can do that. Because of my dogs I have to have a potted garden which means I have huge decorative barrels for my garden. Once my bushes get much bigger and the dogs act like they will leave them alone I will put them in the ground but for now they will be in huge pots in the back yard.
