Day 30 :)

OK so I did manage to stick with this for 30 days.....some days good some not so good...but I stayed focused. I am proud to say that I am down 11 lbs. Would have loved for it to have been more, but I'll take 11. That's better than nothing. Today I started Slim Fast for breakfast and lunch just to get a better grip on my portion sizes and meal planning. I may be able to go back to reg food for lunch if I manage to get my meals together in advance....otherwise this will work because I was getting a little crazy....Breakfast I was starving and kept going to McDonalds for breakfast...I was ending up with up to 600 cal in breakfast alone. So I don't want that. I've been working my behind off in the gym and I don't want to throw it away because of poor eating. So next month I should see better results. I am hoping that this is true weight loss and not just water weight. lol

    11 lbs in 30 days is really, really good! That is an average of 2.5 lbs a week which is actually slightly higher than recommended weight loss. You are doing great. Continue with your workout routine and invest in a digital scale. Begin measuring your food and that too will help with portion control.

    Healthy meals do take some planning ahead. Try fixing your breakfast the night before, like making some oatmeal that you can reheat in the morning. You can also pack your lunch the night before and then you'd already have two healthy meals!
