It's been slower-going than I would like, but I recommitted in January and I'm now half-way to my goal weight. It's made me realize that weight loss is really a marathon and NOT a sprint. I spent 3 weeks very stagnant (I was sick and busy, so my work-outs were short and light and my meals were varied), and now I'm just thrilled that I'm half-way there. Half way! I've made half the progress I need to make! It's really, really exciting.
Slow and steady wins the race!
