I have not overeaten, but I haven't been working out. I walked only 15 minutes on Monday and then did a 12 minute Cardio Blast this morning. I'm planning to walk at lunchtime for 30 minutes.
I am aways thinking of ways to get it in - and have to really work to get working out into my life. Yesterday, doing the laundry and getting the house looking less disgusting - took priority. I feel that now people have clean clothes and the kichen is presentable and I won't feel guilty about that.
Sometimes I have to choose to take care of the family before me - I am still working to get workouts in regularly. It's in the front of my brain every day - which is a huge step forward ffrom where I was just 2 months ago.
