Doctor said we should try rehabbing it first as it hurts bad....

but is not really bad tears... So rehab starts Friday!





The cabin update video I will try and remember to

take it this time last time not lot visible was finished so

this time it should be much better. Weather permitting.





Heading out to our build site.


My stress level is 1 today due to the pain and

regular issues.

The doc shot my shoulder with steroids and its helping!

bench 300 pounds max out(240 current)__ Meal out!

curl 60 pounds each arm 10 times(40 now,60- 5 times)__ TBD ,meal out!
Pushups 5 reps 1 kid on back__ New Everlast shirt and shorts/joggers
Pushups 10 reps 1 kid on back__ Day off workout/and calories count
Pushups 5 reps 2 kids on back __ 3 days of rest from strength training!






Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family

,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,

many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to

get up period !! !!

    Chris, good news that surgery won't be the first choice path to take concerning your shoulder. I pray that the PT will be a big, HUGE help. As FROSTY99 said, be careful with the PT that you don't aggravate things - I'm pretty sure the therapist will watch for that while there, but it's up to you when you're at home. emoticon

    emoticon WHAT GREAT NEWS CHRIS............ I WENT THROUGH ALL THE TALK ABOUT NEEDING SURGERY TOO.... THEN IN THE END WE DECIDED NOT TO DO IT.... AND STARTED THERAPY.... I GOT THAT SAME SHOT LAST YEAR... AND IT HAS HELPED ME A LOT..... I'M HAPPY THINGS ARE ROLLING AROUND TO YOUR WAY........ WILL BE WAITING TO SEE THAT V-BLOG. emoticon

    Chris it is amazing what physical therapy can do-BUT remember that you can't abuse that shoulder while doing it!!! Take care my friend and praying this will help you and you won't need the surgery.

    I'm glad that the shoulder damage is not as bad as originally thought. Maybe you won't need surgery. We should all pray about it!
