Another Aerial Arts class done - signed up for 8 sessions. Class was okay but I learned this: when you are first starting, do NOT do P90X the day before Aerial Arts. :P
So...I am guessing I am on a "rest" day from exercise tomorrow. Trouble is, I am going to want to keep moving inside but my body will most likely not be in agreement and need the rest day. I don't have joint problems and I don't want to create them by doing too much too soon.
Is there a way to "keep going" even when muscles are tired without causing harm to yourself? How much is too much? How do you avoid joint strain while building up?
