Wow - you haven't been walking/jogging outside but you've registered for a 5K in June! How brave. Hope it goes really well for you.
I've been thinking about it but I don't even walk/jog that often, do other kinds of exercise so that would be quite a stretch for me. Plus here in Florida, this is the time of year I either Bike ride at the cool parts of the day or swim not jogging in the sun.
You may not be seeing those big numbers but you are doing great :-) You are participating in this community and inspiring me to keep on keeping on. I just had a big vacation and ate a bunch of bad foods on purpose and I did exercise it all off and lost a pound this week but my appetite is OUT OF CONTROL lol So hearing everyone's day/week especially yours because you make regular weekly videos is encouraging to me to get back on track today :-) 1616 days ago

That's the only emoticon I could find with wings! It's good to know your weakest time. Your time seems popular with everyone. My weak time is around 2-4. Yesterday I took a nap instead of eating!
