Protein Up, Fat Down

Stayed in my calories today; I'm not feeling as full and satisfied as I would like but my body also needs to stop craving high calorie foods.
My protein intake needs some help; a good start would be eggs for breakfast :) And I need to take my fat intake down a notch... less cheese! All in all, I'd say a successful day.
Spring is in the air; I can feel it in the warm undercurrent even cold, rainy, windy days bring.. it is very refreshing.
1. Stay within calories - increase protein.
2. Journal daily.
3. Exercise at least 3 times per week.
