What an appropriate theme - Blessed are the Brokenhearted.

Main verse - Psalm 34:18 The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit Psalm 34:18 (NKJV)

and Matthew 5:4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.

    sinfully yum decadence....oh yes....

ooh the beatitudes...shame on me for trying to confuse overzealous converts at times when I've been christian pretty much all my life. Tell me, the beatitudes, speaks of inheriting earth or heaven, so is that the old one, or the new one? And do you think the old and the new is old testament vs new testament, life after death, or an actual new creation...but regardless, if it's the old would the gifts then be meaningless? My point to them is a need to study, as that is not the point of the beatitudes (not to get sidetracked). The point is that God has gifts for all to share if they are willing to accept it.

Keep up the great cooking. Thank you!
