Entry Three: Getting On Track

Thanks for all your encouraging comments on my last blog! I feel like I'm more motivated than ever to reach my goals.
I've been struggling to get into the swing of this new diet plan the past couple of days, but so far it's been pretty successful. I actually already managed to lose 2 pounds and 3 ounces since my starting weight despite the fact that I wasn't exactly "perfect" with my eating. However today has been my most successful day so far. I've stuck to my calories very closely even at work. I feel pretty good about it and I already physically feel better than usual. Anyway, Hope I continue to follow my calories throughout the rest of the evening. I'll get back to you all later! Hopefully tomorrow! But for now, that's it!
